How to turn your Plushie into a hoodie:

1. Flip it over and unzip the back

2. Pull out the hoodie

3. Tuck the plushie away inside the hood and do up the zip. Fold in the hood so the ears are on the outside.

4. Put on the hoodie and go outside to play!

Ready to snuggle your Plushie friend once more?

1. Unzip from the back of the hood.

2. Push the character through the zip and tuck in the rest of the hoodie back into the Plushie snug. 

3. Zip it up again from the back.

4. Fluff it up and give it a big hug!

Our Plushie Snugs are one size fits all - they are like an oversized cozy hoodie for kids ages 4-12.

Yes! Just put it in a cold water wash and then dry it at low temperatures to keep it snuggly and soft.

Our worldwide shipping times are around 2-5 weeks.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with tracking details (so please ensure the email you provide us is correct!) From then, you can follow your package via the carrier.

Most payments are instant, however it may take us 1- 3 working days to process your order, please be mindful of busier periods and get your order in with us in good time for when you want it to arrive!

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make last minute changes to your order, this includes changes of shipping address and a change of product. So please, fill in your details carefully.

However, if there is an issue, please email us at help@plushiesnug.com and our support team will do our best to resolve your problem.

If you have ordered the wrong product then we can arrange a return within 30 days of arrival and will ship you your product of choice once we have received and inspected the item.

Shipping is free worldwide, always. It is our Plushie promise! 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we have received and checked over that everything is ok, we will process your refund.

We accept a wide selection of payment methods, including Credit Card, Ideal, Applepay & Paypal.

The price you see on the product page is inclusive of all taxes and shipping price - there are no hidden costs on our end.

Unless you’re planning on buying about 40 Plushie snugs in a single order, the answer is probably no. However there may be a local sales tax in your state, and we are unable to calculate this for you. Please see our shipping Policy for further information.

You should have some indication what the issue was, whether that’s a declined card, incorrect expiration date etc. Go through the steps again and amend accordingly.

Although we understand that cards may be declined sometimes, our payment processor cannot be overridden. If you believe there may be an error with your card, please reach out to your bank directly.
